General shipping

– All items are printed in the United States, produced on order, and printed on demand for you. Therefore, each item will undergo a manufacturing procedure. As a result, items will be subject to a Processing Time. Production time depends on the product (blankets and mats take longer than T-shirts and hoodies; see below for additional information).
– Orders print and ship from Monday through Saturday.
– Some items may arrive in several packages.

When will I get my stuff?


  • 2D Apparel & Mug: 3-5 days.
  • 3D Apparel: 7-8 days.
  • Rugs & Blankets: 10-15 days.

Note: During holidays such as Christmas and New Year’s, as well as natural catastrophes and pandemics, processing times will be prolonged.

  • United States: 3 – 7 days
  • International: 6 – 10 days

Note: Your order may come in more than one package. Cruelball splits your order into more packages due to differences in type and weight, however, this will not increase the total amount you’ll be charged.

When a tracking number is available, we will provide it in the confirmation email so that you may monitor the delivery online.

Shipping multiple orders

Multiple same-day orders cannot be combined.

Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we are unable to divide orders and send them to various destinations.  You must make a separate order for each delivery address if you intend to send items to multiple places.

Address changes

Once an order has started the production process, we have no way to change the shipping address.

Customs charges and delays

Some nations may levy import taxes, duties, and customs fees on imports. If required, the Customs office of your nation determines and collects these fees. This expense is your responsibility to pay. There may also be delivery delays owing to customs checks, which are beyond our control. Please contact your local Customs office for additional details.
