RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to buyer errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Cancellations and Adjustments to Orders
By making the purchase you acknowledge and agree that the goods are bespoke, and made specifically for you, they are custom-made goods and are produced only after customers purchase has been made and confirmed. Prior to customers’ purchase, no stock of the purchased goods exists.
Within the first twenty-four hours of the initial order, the purchase may be canceled and modified. Because Cruelball is a print-on-demand business, items cannot be changed or canceled after they have been delivered. Please note that orders purchased with a promotional code are not eligible for cancellation.
Refunds, Replacements, and Exchanges
Cruelball takes every effort to guarantee that all of our items are produced from high quality materials and delivered promptly and accurately. Within 30 days after the original purchase date, customers are protected under our Returns and Exchanges Policy. We are devoted to supplying you with the highest quality items and are pleased to replace your purchase for any of the following reasons:
- Upon delivery, the product itself is damaged.
- The product’s printing quality is poor.
- The product you got differs from the picture shown on our website.
We DO NOT accept returns and exchanges due to improper selection of sizes, colors, designs, etc. However, Cruelball will assist clients with item replacement except additional delivery and handling (this fee varies per type of item such as T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, etc).
If the product you get is a different size/image from the ones you did buy on the site, or the sizing chart on the website is wrong, we will gratefully provide a refund or send you a free replacement. In addition, if you are disappointed with your purchase in any way, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution since your satisfaction is our number one priority and our guarantee.
Note: Please be aware that the color of the product you get may differ from the one shown by up to 20% due to differences in lighting during photo shoots or the monitor’s display.
Most of the time, if there is an unpleasant problem, we just re-ship the item at our cost, which is really uncommon, but you should be aware of it anyhow, so don’t be worried.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t yet received a refund, check your bank account again. Then call your credit card provider; it may take some time for the refund to return to your account. The next step is to contact your bank. Typically, there is a processing period before a refund is paid. Please contact us if you’ve followed the steps outlined above and you still have not received your refund.
Promotions and Coupons
- Discounts and promotions do not apply to previous, current, or ongoing purchases.
- The discounts are not convertible to cash.
- Discount coupons can’t be used with any other offers.
- After twenty-four hours, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
- Prior or current orders are ineligible for the discount or promotion.
- Once the item has been delivered, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
- Our Return and Exchange Policy applies for a period of 30 days after your purchase has been made.
- Incorrect size, style, or color, as well as missing package delivery, are ineligible for refunds if made by the buyer during order placement. Send us an email and we’ll find a way to make it right for you.
